Klaviyo increases IPO price range, targeting $9 billion valuation

Klaviyo, a marketing automation company, has increased its proposed price range for its initial public offering (IPO), aiming for a fully diluted valuation of up to $9 billion. In the updated filing, Klaviyo estimates that its IPO price will now range between $27 and $29, exceeding the previous estimate of $25 to $27. This IPO is significant as it follows a period of limited venture-backed tech IPOs in recent years.
